As automotive enthusiasts worldwide wait patiently for the official unveiling of the Ferrari F150, the Italian automaker has dropped yet another teaser image of the new exotic.
The Ferrari F150 will make its debut next month at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show and rumor has it that pricing will start at one million euros ($1.33 million USD) before taxes.
In a matter of weeks, the successor to the Ferrari Enzo will debut at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. It’s called the F150 internally at Ferrari, but there’s a lot more to the car than it’s obscure code-name.
Ferrari has confirmed that the successor to the Enzo, the F150, will be making its official debut at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.
As we get closer and closer to the debut of Ferrari’s next supercar, the successor to the Enzo, more details are leaking out surrounding the internally-named F150 Project.
Recently, Ferrari held a private preview of its F150 project for prospective buyers and those fortunate enough to have attended have spilled some of the supercar’s details onto the internet.
The upcoming successor to the Ferrari Enzo is known internally as the F150, and today our photographers snapped some pictures of the car testing, though it is still wearing heavy camo cladding.
Ferrari’s latest luxury toy built exclusively for invited customers is named the F150 according to the brand’s official magazine.
The successor to the Ferrari Enzo, previously known as the F70 and codenamed internally as F150, will pack more than 800 hp and weigh as little as 2,425 lbs.
After Ford filed a legal injuction regarding Ferrari’s use of the name “F150″ for their new Formula 1 car, the Italian supercar manufacturer has bowed to legal pressure and re-dubbed their entrant the “F150th Italia”.
While Ford’s ubiquitous pick-up truck, the F-150, could never be confused with the purpose built race car, evidently someone in Ferrari’s legal department thought it was a prudent move. The Ferrari was dubbed the “F150″ in honor of the 150th anniversary of Italy’s unification.

Nobody in their right mind could ever confuse the Ford F-150 pickup truck with the Ferrari F150 Formula 1 car. But Ford’s lawyers seem to disagree, and have asked a U.S. court for an injunction against Ferrari and their use of the name.
Ferrari claims that the F150 moniker is intended to honor the 150th anniversary of Italy’s unification. So far, neither side has commented but we’ll be watching to see what unfolds.
