It’s always interesting to watch what goes into making one of the world’s finest machines, with the all-new Berlinetta sporting a spaceframe chassis and bodyshell constructed from 12 different kinds of alloy. The new Berlinetta is powered by Ferrari’s 6.3L V12 with 730-hp and is the fastest Ferrari road car ever, weighing in at just over 3,360 lbs.

The Ferrari F12 Berlinetta is an eye catching car, which has been pushed as the most powerful Ferrari ever. But how does it work, and what makes it the fastest and strongest car from the Italian exotic brand?
Ferrari world has released a series of six videos, to explain the engineering and specific design cues that make the Berlinetta what it is. The videos walk you through the exterior design, engine components, chassis build, car layout and aerodynamics.
These videos truly reveal the nitpicking detail with which Ferrari engineers approach builidng a from the ground up super car.

At the upcoming 2012 Geneva Motor Show, Ferrari will debut what the company claims to be the “most powerful Ferrari ever.” A statement which will be hard to backup, considering the Ferrari Enzo FXX makes 790 hp.
This newest offering will be the successor to the Ferrari 599 and is believed to be called the 620 GT, although a different name may be revealed at the official unveil in Geneva.
To speed up our hearts before the car is released, Ferrari is teasing us with about 20 seconds of footage of the new beast making its rounds on the track. Dressed in camouflage, the new supercar is still yet to be seen, but this video isn’t about looks, its all about sound. The exhaust note is enough to send a shiver up any Ferrari enthusiasts spine.
