Ford is facing a lawsuit that claims that the American company’s C-Max hybrid and Fusion hybrid fail to meet the stated fuel economy mark of 47 mpg combined.
Hyundai and Kia’s mpg claims were recently found to be incorrect when compared to the real world numbers, and now it seems that one of the big three American automakers may have called them out.
To show off the real world fuel economy of the new 1.6-liter EcoBoost powered Fusion, Ford took four NASCAR drivers and pitted them against each other in a MPG challenge, with Trevor Bayne coming out on top.
