This is hardly the first time we’ve uttered words about G-Power’s BMW M3 GTS, but we all have a sense of relief now that it’s officially official – pricing and all.

For those living under a rock, the BMW M3 GTS is a high-powered and lighter weight (220-lbs lighter) M3 variant just full of race-inspired goodies including adjustable front and rear aerodynamic components, modified suspension and brakes, and a power increase to 450-hp from the factory 420-hp.  Only 150 units of the GTS would be made and it took until late last year for the first deliveries to take place.

And almost immediately upon the first batch of deliveries, three GTS cars found their way over to G-Power for more power enhancements to compete against Porsche’s 911 GT3 RS. G-Power took their “Sporty Drive” supercharger system and adapted it to the M3 GTS taking power output to an astonishing 635-hp with 465 ft-lbs of torque.

In addition to the supercharger is an all-titanium lightweight exhaust system fully equipped with 100 cpsi metal catalytic converters. G-Power also remaps the ECU to put it all in-tune. And those with extra bucks to spend, the G-Power airbox can be had in carbon fiber.

The price for all the G-Power goods for the M3 GTS? A little over $33,000 excluding tax.

As if improving on BMW‘s M3 wasn’t enough with the M3 GTS, German tuner G-Power has gone on to improve the raw and track-ready machine further. G-Power is proud to announce the arrival of their first three G-Power BMW M3 GTS models, pumping up the 4.4L V8 from 450-hp to all new heights: 720-hp.

Stroking the motor and increasing its displacement by 10-percent was only the beginning for G-Power, as they went on to install a modified SK II CS Sporty Drive supercharger to the larger powerplant. And to keep up with the abuse the supercharger provides, G-Power also shoves in low compression pistons into the block while they’re in there increasing the displacement.

No pricing was announced but you can bet the combined package costs as much as a stock M3.

With a history of building the world’s fastest sedans, G-Power can now claim the title of the world’s fastest wagon. To do so, the German tuner has transplanted its 750-hp twin-supercharged V10 powerplant from the BMW M5 Hurricane RS into an M5 Touring (wagon).

The G-Power BMW M5 Hurricane RS Touring will come as a complete vehicle package which includes 20-inch G-Power Silverstone Diamond wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport tires, a coilover suspension and brake modifications, plus a reupholstered leather interior. The interior receives a luxury diamond-stitched treatment throughout with G-Power logos incorporated on various pieces.

But the heart of this spectacular wagon is its performance with G-Power taking the 5.0L V10 and pairing it up with a G-Power twin-supercharger version SK III RS system. Cooling the forced inducted air is a twin-scroll, water-cooled intercooler in a flashy orange finish.

A limited number of just 1,025 versions of this car will be made by G-Power, although we’d be surprised if they ever get to build 10 of them.

Make sure to check out the video of the G-Power Hurricane RS Touring hitting its record-setting 360 km/h (223.7 mph) after the break.

G-Power has gotten their hands dirty with BMW‘s ultra-rare, limited edition M3 GTS, teasing the world with an upcoming tuning package that is sure to make the Ultimate Driving Machine even more… ultimate. The focus of G-Power’s build with the GTS is to give BMW enthusiasts a rightful competitor to Porsche’s GT3 RS.

Mods included in the tuning package start with a SK II CS supercharger system with plans of taking the stock horsepower rating of 450-hp to a figure above 600-hp. While G-Power still doesn’t have the complete specs yet, they do mention that a titanium exhaust system, racing suspension, roll cage and racing seats with six-point harnesses will be available.

Looking for the ultimate driving machine on the track? G-Power may be able to fulfill your needs soon.

A while back, G-Power released their original BMW X5 that also featured a widebody and sported 525-hp. But gosh, who wants only 525-hp? Just a little over a year and a half later, G-Power has unleashed an all new BMW X5 Typhoon, this time in M-series with a neck-snapping 725-hp.

And along with that 725-hp is an astonishing 656 ft-lbs of torque, an increase of close to 155 ft-lbs from factory spec. The aerodynamic package is similar to what we’ve seen before, widening the stance of BMW’s X5 M even more and is available for $16,300. And you’ll need a widebody if you’re going to go and sport massive 23×11-inch wheels in the front with a staggered 23×12-inch pair in the rear. Pack those babies up with 315/25/23 rubber and you’ve got more than enough at your disposal to handle 725-hp. The SUV also sports a mild drop of 1.1-inch.

G-Power states that cooling has been enhanced by 15% thanks to the large air intakes in the front skirt and the vents in the hood. But the real power comes from an upgraded ECU that also removes the speed limiter. A stainless steel exhaust sporting high-flow catalytic converters and new exhaust manifolds help flow the X5 M’s turbochargers. That folks is all it takes to bump horsepower by 170 ponies.

For those interested in the wheels and Michelin tires, be prepared to shell out $11,275. And as for the 170-hp gain? Get about $22,900 ready.

G-Power has taken their BMW M5 and has officially made it the world’s fastest sedan clocking in at 372 km/h or 231 mph. Dubbed the Hurricane RR, G-Power has beaten its own previous record of 367.4 km/h or 228 mph. The M5 is able to achieve this top speed through its twin-supercharged V10 engine that puts down 800-hp and 590 ft-lbs of torque.

G-Power informs that the ASA T1-316 superchargers used in the setup could theoretically output over 900-hp. The V10 has obviously been rebuilt, using Mahle pistons and custom rods. The ECU was remapped and tuned to ensure its highest horsepower output is in the M5′s 7500-8000 rpm range.

The record run was achieved on 19-inch G-Power forged wheels wrapped with Michelin Pilot Spot tires. The Hurricane RR as you see it in all its record-setting glory can be ordered from G-Power for a measly $320,000 . But if you’ve already got an M5 or M6 sitting around, G-Power’s twin supercharger setup starts at around $71,415.

Yeah, yeah deep down inside we are probably in love with BMW‘s X6 M even though we still think it’s a confusing platform. It’s becoming quite a success story in the aftermarket, especially internationally. Recently we showed off G-Power’s awesome M3 Clubsport Models and now they’ve struck up an ambitious project by producing what they call the world’s fastest SUV. Even though BMW’s X6 M is not considered an SUV by BMW (remember, it’s a sport activity vehicle) we all know what it is deep down inside.

Dubbed the Typhoon RS, G-Power’s X6 M throws down 900-hp with a top speed of over 205 mph. To accomplish this, G-Power transplanted in BMW’s M5 V10 motor and overhauled it with what they refer to as “Formula 1 characteristics.” The motor was stroked to 5.5-liters and a pair of ASA T1-316 compressors were added for forced induction (similar to what’s seen in their M5 Hurricane RR world-record vehicle). The motor is reworked with lower compression Mahle pistons, new rods and a forged 7-bearing crank.

With a watercooled intercooler to keep everything cool and an ECU tune, the X6 M drops out 900-hp and 640 ft-lbs of torque. The peak power is at 8000 rpms, showing off just how high-revving this V10 can go.

On the outside is a custom wide body and a set of 23-inch wheels. Upgraded brakes are included in the package with carbon-ceramic rotors and 6-piston calipers. Further weight is dropped with a titanium exhaust system, four carbon individual seats and the xDrive system is completely dumped. They state that the car is about 330 lbs lighter than stock.

G-Power is limiting production to five vehicles and can be ordered as a completely finished vehicle. And the price? Well if you have to ask, then you can’t afford it… we’re guessing.

Just in case a standard run-of-the-mill BMW E92 M3 wasn’t good enough for you, G-Power has announced a pair of BMW E92 M3 Clubsport Models available to the general public. And by general we mean those with plenty of expendable income.

Both vehicles have the same performance modifications, netting 600-hp and 430 ft-lbs of torque which is a significant increase from the factory 420-hp and 295 ft-lbs. The bulk of the power comes from G-Power’s SK II CS supercharger system. It’s quite obvious whenever you pair a V8 motor, especially one as efficiently built as BMW’s, with forced induction major power gains are on the horizon. Other modifications that both models share are lightweight wheels and Clubsport coilover system.

But the differences basically stop there. The GT2 S, which is clearly the more expensive of the two at a little over $170,000, is actually a turnkey racecar. G-Power’s GT2 S is BMW’s answer to Porsche’s GT3 RS. Giving it the race-inspired look and performance is a GT2-inspired carbon fiber body kit. The front seats are swapped out for lightweight carbon buckets and the rear seat is removed altogether, naturally.

If the GT2 S is just a little too rich for your blood (we can’t blame you), then the Tornado CS is a set of modifications available at the low, low price of $13,300. The price tag is actually not that bad considering you will receive the supercharger setup, new intakes, titanium exhaust, installation and tuning. On the outside a subtle trunk lip spoiler and rear diffuser are included. The same seats in the GT2 S are also available with the package, and it’s all up to you on whether or not you want that rear seat.

G-POWER 760i STORM front.jpg

German BMW tuner G Power has just announced its latest high-horsepower transformation, the 760i. Powered by an already impressive twin-turbo V12, G Power modified the existing units to pump out an additional 181-hp for a total of 725-hp at just 5500 rpm. Torque also gets a dramatic increase, rising to 737 ft-lbs at just 2000 rpm. G Power claims this is enough for a 4.2 second 0-62 mph time and a top speed of 214 mph. That speed might seem unrealistic, were it not for G Power’s record holding M5 Hurricane, which reached an astounding 228 mph in testing.

Sold as a package complete with aerodynamic and interior upgrades, the Storm will be limited to just 10 units and is priced from a lofty 365,000 Euros, or roughly $500,000.

GPTYPHOON10.jpg
German BMW tuner G-Power has just released details on its latest project, a supercharged widebody BMW X5 called the Typhoon.

The widebody kit is the obvious addition to the X5 xDrive48i’s otherwise conservative shell. The new front bumper, side skirts, fender flares and rear bumper make quite an impact. All body parts are manufactured from OEM quality PUR-R-Rim (aka polyurethane) and are designed to not only increase airflow to the brakes and engine, but also reduce lift on the front axle – which is important as G-Power rates the Typhoon at a top speed of 171 mph.

Inside those massive fenders, which increase the width of the X5 by 2.8-inches, are some impressively sized 23-inch wheels. Up front the wheels measure 11-inches in width and outback 12-inches. Both front and rear receive 315/25/23 tires.

As for the all-important engine modifications, G-Power worked with sister company ASA Engineering to develop a supercharger for the 4.8-liter V8. The ASA T1-521 hd blower bumps output by 170hp for a total of 525hp at 6100 rpm. Torque gets an equally serious boost to 443 ft-lbs at 5300 rpm.

Because of all the extra air the new supercharger introduces into the V8 engine at 8.7 lbs of boost, G-Power also upgraded the fuel system with high flow injectors and reprogrammed the ECU to make it all work smoothly.

G-Power claims a 0-62 mph time of 5.0 seconds with 124 mph coming in just 18.4 seconds.
