Porsche Design is setting up shop in New York’s trendy Soho district. This is the second Porsche Design store location in New York, and it will outfit affluent shoppers with its luxe line of products.
The new flagship store will not only feature swanky Porsche swag, it will also showcase a designed wall showcasing the brand’s history and a VIP shopping area. Located on West Broadway in Manhattan, the Porsche Design store covers 250 square meters of retail space filled with the brand’s entire range of products. This includes luggage, eyewear, smoking accessories, mobile phones, and the Porsche Design Fashion Collection for women and men.
“With the store in SoHo we are taking the Porsche Design luxury brand to the next level – not only in New York City and the United States of America but globally”, said Dr. Juergen Gessler, CEO of Porsche Design Group. “Porsche Design SoHo is the world’s largest store and brings our philosophy of ‘Iconic Style’ alive. The boutique will not only set its footprint within Lower Manhattan but also become a landmark for shopping enthusiasts around the world. The idea behind that new store and our whole lifestyle matches perfectly with the Manhattanites’ lifestyle.”
‘Tis almost the season and if you’re looking to fill up your holiday gift list, Porsche has a few ideas you’ll want to let Santa know about.
New items that will make great gifts include iPad and iPhone cases. The cases are made from original vehicle interior leather and decorated with a Porsche crest. To ensure that your gadgets stay safe, they are fully lined with a padded protective external cover. The iPad case sells for £100 (about US$135) and the iPhone case sells for £50 (about US$68).
If you want your kids to go dashing through the snow in style, Porsche also has a new children’s bobsled. Offering full steering control and design inspired the 918 Spyder, this bobsled will kick up plenty of snow as it races down the hills. The Porsche bobsled retails for £100 (about US$135).

It’s a great day to go shopping in San Francisco. And that’s because the Porsche Design Group just opened a new Porsche Design franchise store.
Located at 100 Grant Avenue (smack-dab in the city’s luxury shopping district, natch), this store offers the complete range of Porsche Design accessories. You’ll find everything from sports apparel to luggage, watches, writing tools and small leather goods. It even comes outfitted with the extended fashion collection for men and women, and just like the cars that bear its name, the clothing is highlighted by high quality, clean lines and classic and sporty design.
“San Francisco is an important location for our brand”, says Dr. Juergen Gessler, CEO of Porsche Design Group. “The Bay Area holds great potential for our luxury brand. The people living here are creative types that support and seek out good design. With our purist, timeless and functional Porsche Design philosophy we do not follow any trends but set our very own accents. The idea behind that lifestyle matches perfectly with the San Franciscans’ lifestyle.”
The San Fran Porsche Design store also marks the company’s first green building store. Doing its part for Mother Nature, the store goes green with LED light boxes that lower power consumption by more then 80 per cent.
