2011 Land Rover Cars

Land Rover started out building rugged military vehicles, but the company has grown into a luxury brand, selling the LR2 crossover, the LR4 7-passenger SUV, and a line of Range Rover vehicles, including the compact Evoqe, the mid-size Range Rover Sport and the full-size Range Rover luxury SUV.

Arguably the most premium SUV on sale today, Land Rover, and their Range Rover products in particular, offer unsurpassed luxury while still retaining impressive off-road credentials. Supercharged models use a Jaguar-sourced 510 horsepower V8, while the LR4, Range Rover and Range Rover Sport use a non-supercharged version of the same V8. The LR2 and Range Rover Evoqe ride on the same platform but the Evoqe is positioned as a much more expensive and premium product. Land Rover is co-owned with Jaguar by Indian company Tata.
