Not made for everyoneBy Tom K, Dec 6, 2013If you're on the fence between purchasing a standard Prius or the Prius c, I highly recommend to take both for a long test drive to make sure you're getting the right car for you. Since I do more city driving, I thought the Prius c would be the better car for me, especially since it's cheaper, but I really wish I had gotten the standard Prius now. The Prius c isn't a bad car by any means, and if you're looking for something that gives real good gas mileage and you do mainly city commutes, then it's a good buy. But there's not a lot of room inside at all, and to say it lacks performance is an understatement. Handling is a bit on the sloppy side and the interior is pretty cheap. The Prius IV's leather interior is worth hopping up to, but at that point you're talking about a $35k to $40k car. I don't regret buying the Prius c, but if I had just saved up a bit more to get the larger Prius I think I'd be happier. ...moreGood gas mileage, compact, great for city driving
