BMW has already announced it will return to the German DTM touring car series after it pulled out of the championship almost two decades ago and has announced plans to preview its new race car next week. Ahead of that official debut, however, comes this lone photo, reportedly of the DTM racer, outfitted in matte-black and camo.

No new info on the car or the teams has been provided, but the debut is planned for the Olympic Stadium in Munch at the BMW Welt from July 16 to 17th.

The car being shown won’t be the official race car, but a close representation that will be badged as a concept.
