BMW Details X5 And X6 Expanded Options Including Exclusive Editions
In addition to offering Exclusive Editions for the X5 and X6 models, BMW has also expanded its line of options through its Individual Program for both models. Details for the Exclusive Editions include a unique paint shade for the X5 called Platinum Bronze Metallic while the X6 will be since in a Mineral Silver Metallic.
Inside, both vehicles will feature a BMW Individual headliner in Anthracite while the wood trim will be in dark Bamboo grain. The floor mats will also be accented with oyster-colored edging while the seats will be upholstered in Nevada Oyster Leather with black contrasting seams.
For Fall 2011, BMW will also give the X5 a xDrive30d model, fully equipped with BMW’s BluePerformance technology and meeting EU6 exhaust emissions standards. A new Individual color choice for the X5 and X6 called Citrine Black Metallic will also be available, while door sill finishers will feature the BMW Individual designation when a BMW Individual composition package is equipped on either model.
On the inside, BMW Individual interior has unique accents thanks to its black patterned leather. The extended Merino leather trim is also now available in Amaro Brown. For the X5’s Sport Package, a new M leather steering wheel with paddles can also be had.
No pricing was announced in the press release for any of the options or the Exclusive Edition models.
