Unveiled ahead of its official debut at the 2011 SEMA Show is this very custom Rauh-Welt Porsche 965. The wide fendered, deep dish wheeled, humongously spoilered tuner Porsche is the property of former 0-60 editor Brian Scotto. Recenty Scotto made the switch to work with motorsports personality Ken Block and now runs Block’s “Hoonigan” brand.

What’s Hoonigan? Well, so far it’s just a Facebook page aimed at promoting and enjoying the drive-it-like-you-stole-it lifestyle. But there’s more to it than that, with Hoonigan set to make a big announcement at the SEMA Show.
