MINI has announced its changes to its 2013 model year lineup, most noticeably with Bluetooth coming standard on every model, which was originally a $500 option.

The Bluetooth as standard replaces the previous Sirius Satellite Radio, which will now be an option for $250 but includes a one-year subscription to the radio service. The Technology package will now include Sirius, Comfort Access, MINI Connected, and an integrated iPhone adapter in the center armrest.

New for 2013 is a Premium package priced at $1,250 which can be added onto the MINI Hardtop and Clubman models. Included in the Premium package is a Dual-pane panoramic sunroof, automatic wipers and automatic climate control. Those who opt for both the Premium and Technology package can receive a $500 discount.

As for the MINI Roadster, the semi-automatic roof and rear wind deflector are now standard.

Pricing changes were also announced, and while the destination and handling charge remains at $700, all models see a slight price increase compared to their 2012 counterparts.

The MINI Hardtop models are now $200 more than the 2012 model year vehicles, while the MINI Coupe Cooper and Cooper S models see a $50 increase to $22,150 and $25,450 respectively. The John Cooper Works MINI Coupe variant is now $32,050 compared to the former $31,900.

The MINI Roadster jumps $1,200 in MSRP from 2012 to 2013 while the Clubman model variants see a $200 change across the board. MINI Convertible models were also increased by $200. Pricing for the Countryman, John Cooper Works GP, and Cooper Clubvan models will be announced later on, closer to their launches this fall.
