Rolls-Royce Ghost Long-Wheelbase is Race Directors Car at Goodwood
Leading the way for all of the racing events at this years Goodwood Festival of Speed will be a Rolls-Royce Ghost Extended-Wheelbase edition.
The car is finished in midnight sapphire with a silver satin hood, and a custom light strip on top as well as ‘race director’ painted directly on the doors. Acting as a pace car for the race events, the Rolls-Royce will have to show off some of its powerful side, more so than the comfort the car is designed to deliver.
A V12 direct-injection power plant married to eight speed automatic transmission makes 563 hp under the hood of the Ghost, making sure that pacing race cars will be no problem. Other performance amenities on the car include double-wishbone front suspension, multi-link rear suspension, four cornered air-suspension system and electronic variable damping.
