2013 Chevy Camaro NASCAR Race Car Revealed
The 2013 NASCAR Nationwide Series is getting a new addition to its racing lineup in the form of a Chevrolet Camaro, revealed today by the company.
Cars that compete in the Nationwide Series are allowed to move closer to there original body styles, unlike the NASCAR sprint cup series which requires every car to have nearly identical shapes.
Stock-like features outfitted on the racing Camaro include LED halo headlights, recessed grille and power bulge hood. Aerodynamics have been under development on the car for a year now, and will continue to be tweaked between now and the first Nationwide race.
The car will make its debut at Daytona in February of 2013.
