In areas with limited space for parking, storing your luxury exotic outside on the street or in a parking garage is hardly acceptable. Out in Singapore, Hamilton Scotts ‘Sky Garage Apartments’ looks to solve that issue with its luxurious parking option.

The high-rise apartments are equipped with garages connected to their homes and extravagant elevators to get the vehicle there. It might possibly be the only apartment complex in the world that offers one elevator for residents and another for their vehicles.

The biometrically-controlled elevator brings the vehicle right up to the apartment in a glass-enclosed garage that’s located right next to the living room. That’s right – you can keep an eye out on your vehicle from the comforts of your couch even if you’re on the 30th floor.

As expected though, there’s a price to pay for the luxurious accommodations. A two-car garage home starts at a whopping $7.5 million, while a penthouse with a four-car garage can hit $24 million.

“These buyers are very discerning, they have seen a lot,” Leny Suparman, co-founder and CEO of Kop Properties told Reuters. “They are well exposed in the world, so they are looking for something that is unique and different.”
