Although we have seen spy photos and teasers, the first proper shots of Jaguar’s XFR-S have just hit the web, showing off a massive rear wing and some sinister style.

The XFR-S is the fastest and most powerful saloon that Jaguar has ever made, pumping out around 550 hp from a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 engine borrowed from the XKR-S. The car will also recieve a stiffened and lowered suspension, upgraded brakes, and as we can see from the photos, a full body kit to help the aerodynamics.

Carbon fiber accents are found around the whole car, while larger front air intakes and lowered side skirts complete the body kit.

Only 200 examples of the XFR-S are slated to go on sale here in the U.S.

Watch for more coverage from the 2012 LA Auto Show.
