BMW M6 Gran Coupe Revealed

After months of being spotted with and without camouflage, the BMW M6 Gran Coupe has been fully revealed at an exclusive event in Germany, giving Americans a glimpse of what to expect when it arrives in America next year.

The four-door coupe from BMW sports unmistakable M6 styling from bumper to bumper and will be powered by a 4.4-liter, twin-turbocharged V8 engine with 552 hp and 502 lb-ft of torque. The powerplant is mated to a dual-clutch, seven-speed transmission with paddle shifters and will come stock with 20-inch wheels.

After months of anticipation, there are no real surprises with the M6 Gran Coupe’s styling and performance, though we’ll have more details when it makes its official debut in America at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show.
