Long rumored to make its debut last year, the Audi A3 sedan has been spied testing and should be making its official debut soon.

The Audi A3 sedan will join the current A3 lineup which consists of a three-door hatch and five-door hatch, and its primary markets will be the United States and China. The smaller sedan will compete head-to-head with the recently debuted Merecdes-Benz CLA and will share engines with the rest of the current A3 models.
