2014 Rolls-Royce Wraith Cabin Laden With Wood, Metal

Building a buzz seems surprisingly important for Rolls-Royce, a brand that prides itself on exclusivity, as fresh teaser photos find their way online.

Two new teaser photos reveal details of the car’s cabin. In proper fashion, the door panel isn’t really trimmed, but rather fitted with a massive lacquered wood panel and a leather arm rest. There will also be a “Wraith” branded analog clock with the “RR” emblem embossed beneath it in the dashboard.

Rolls will bring the Wraith, its newest and fastest car ever, to the upcoming 2013 Geneva Motor Show in early March. If all goes as planned, the brand will command attention from well-heeled buyers with a taste for speed, opulence and gas-thirsty cars. As a coupe version of the Ghost, Rolls is expected to drop the same twin-turbo 6.6-liter V12 engine under the hood.

That engine makes 563 hp in its current home, but expect more power than that given the aforementioned performance assertion. The car will also have a lighter chassis, stiffer suspension and improved brakes.
