Ford Fiesta ST Race Car to Debut at 2013 Chicago Auto Show

Ford Racing will be competing in this years Global RallyCross Championship with a new Fiesta ST that will be piloted by Tanner Foust and Brian Deegan.
The new OlsbergsMSE race car will be on display at the 2013 Chicago Auto Show. Ken Block will also be competing in the Global RallyCross Championship with Ford, but his rally car will debut later this year.
The new OlsbergsMSE race car (seen above) sports the same EcoBoost branded livery that adorns all of Ford Racing’s new vehicles.

Under the hood of the new OlsbergsMSE racer is a turbocharged 2.0L four-cylinder engine which will make more than 550-hp. That impressive power-plant, when paired to the cars all-wheel-drive system allows for a 0-60 time of about 2-seconds.
The Ford Racing team won the past two manufacturers championships, and has been quite successful recently with their rally efforts. However with 17-time X Games gold medalist Travis Pastrana piloting a 600-hp AWD Dodge Dart, this year’s Global RallyCross season should be an exciting one.
