2015 Audi R8 GT Plus Set to Debut at Le Mans

The revised 2015 Audi R8 GT is set to be unveiled at the Le Mans 24 Hours this year, featuring a more prominent front splitter, larger side air intake ducts and a rather large rear spoiler.

The German automaker is expected to call its newest edition of its exotic the R8 GT Plus and it’ll sport a tuned version of the 5.2-liter V10 power plant. Power output is expected to be closer to 575-600 hp, up from the replacement’s 560 hp.

Not many details have leaked on the new R8 GT, but expect a six-speed manual transmission to be standard with a seven-speed, dual-clutch gearbox available as an option.
