2015 Lexus RC F Caught Testing on the Nrburgring
After being uncovered yesterday, the Lexus RC-F coupe is strutting its stuff today, hitting the Nürburgring for some testing, and AutoGuide‘s spy photographers were on hand to capture it in action.
The Lexus RC will be replacing the IS coupe, and its high-performance RC-F model is essentially a next-generation IS-F in coupe form. As first glance, some would say that its front-end changes reflect a baby LFA model, with its aggressive air intakes on the front corners and wider rear fenders.

The powerplant for the RC-F is being kept under wraps, but it’s believed that it’ll have around 450 horsepower when it debuts, whether it’s in a turbocharged six-cylinder or a more fuel- and emission-efficient V8. The RC-F is expected to make its debut at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show, while the standard RC coupe will be unveiled at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show.
