2014 Honda Civic Tourer, Hatchback to Debut in Frankfurt
Honda is bringing a new version of its Civic Tourer to the Frankfurt Motor Show, which will debut alongside a refreshed Civic Hatchback.
At the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, Honda displayed a concept version of the Civic Tourer (seen above), hinting at what the production model will look like. Before you get your hopes up though, the Civic Tourer and all of the Euro-spec Civics ride on a different platform than North American Civics, which means that the Civic Tourer is not destined for our shores.
Besides the Civic Tourer, Honda will exhibit a new version of the Civic Hatchback, as well as some exciting performance cars.
The NSX II Concept will be on the stand, showing off its finished interior, and giving us a taste of what is coming from Honda’s new flagship sports car. A McLaren Honda MP4/4 F1 car will also be on display, to help drum up interest and excitement for the brand’s return to F1 racing starting next season. Finally, Honda’s entrant into the 2013 World Touring Car Championship will be on display.
