YOKOHAMA, Japan (August 16, 2013) – Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. and Nissan Motorsports International Co., Ltd. (NISMO) today unveiled the new-for-2014 rules' compliant GT500-class spec SUPER GT machine, the "Nissan GT-R NISMO GT500."

New rules for the Japanese Super-GT Series means new race cars, and the latest brand to show off its track technology is Nissan with the GT-R NISMO GT500.

The GT-R race car sports an aggressive body kit and a massive rear spoiler and will probably be pumping out around 500 hp when it hits the track. For 2014, Super GT will operate with the same technical regulations as the DTM (German Touring Car Championship), making the league more competitive than ever.
