Porsche Popularity Rising Among Female Buyers

Porsche sales to female buyers doubled in the last two years; turns out women like high-end German cars products too…

The popularity of the Cayenne in the U.S. has helped attracted more female buyers to the brand, with an Illinois dealership reporting that 25 percent of the Cayennes sold are to female buyers. Though Porsche’s sales to women have been increasing, the German automaker is being careful to avoid tinkering with its brand image too much.

Ultimately, Porsche is hoping to appeal to a broader audience and so far, so good. This year, the German automaker has experienced its best July sales month ever, with 25,129 vehicles delivered year-to-date. As for the Cayenne, 11,082 units have moved year-todate, a growth of 31 percent compared to last year.

    BS! Barbara Streisand! Porsche Popularity Rising Among Female Buyers is wrong. Cayenne Popularity Rising Among Female Buyers is wrong. even Porsche Cayenne Popularity Rising Among Female Buyers at one illinois dealership is still wrong. Porsche should actually be alarmed that only 25% of Cayenne buyers are female. If you can't even get women to buy your SUV; you shouldn't go celebrate saying Hooray, the glass is not 75% empty, but 25% full. Bull.
