The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has opened a probe on the 2013 BMW 328i for a possible brake issue.

NHTSA has received four complaints from owners stating that it was difficult to brake their 328i vehicles with some reporting increased stopping distances. In three of those complaints, dealerships found problems with a vacuum pump. No crashes or injuries related to the probe have been reported and investigators will determine if the problem is widespread enough to warrant a recall.
