When you think of automakers with certified pre-owned (CPO) programs, Koenigsegg isn’t exactly one that pops up.

But now you can add the Swedish automaker to the list, which specializes in high-performance rare exotics. Celebrating its 10th year of production, Koenigsegg has launched its own CPO program “to offer warranty and a level of service close to what is offered on a new Koenigsegg vehicle,” the company explained in a press release.

Given how rare Koenigsegg vehicles are, the Swedish automaker is well aware that it needs to help control the second-hand market while offering buyers a peace of mind when climbing into a used Koenigsegg. Each vehicle much undergo an arduous inspection process before it’s deemed worth of Koenigsegg’s CPO program and will be updated and refurbished by the automaker if need be. That essentially means every vehicle sold through the CPO program are in top condition with factory upgrades performed.

Approved pre-owned vehicles will get a two-year factory warranty and free service.
