Is there a place on the market for a performance-oriented crossover? Nissan sure thinks so with its Juke NISMO RS.

At the 2013 LA Auto Show, Nissan showed off its latest edition of the Juke NISMO, this time earning an additional RS badge and getting a slight bump in performance. Knowing that styling isn’t everything, NISMO gave its Juke a boost in power to 215 hp on manual transmission-equipped models while the CVT Juke NISMO RS gets 211 hp.

Is there a place on the market for a performance-oriented crossover? Yes, as long as the crossover has two doors. A four-door performance-oriented crossover? Good luck (the Juke would look much better with two fewer doors).
