When Lexus joined up with the deviantART community for a winning design on a custom IS 350, few could predict this wild of a creation would become reality.

Today at the 2013 SEMA Show, Lexus pulled the covers off the deviantART IS 350 project, unveiling one wild and extreme widebodied sedan. With 10 weeks of work put into the 2014 IS 350, the team at VIP Auto Salon turned deviantART contest winner Robert Evans’ design to life.

2013 SEMA Show Coverage

Naturally the IS 350 features a one-of-a-kind widebody aero package while the interior has been filled with carbon fiber goods. Custom three-piece wheels from Nutek had to be formed in order to fit properly on the IS 350 while the custom matte white with pearl paint job is luxurious with a hint of extreme.

For winning the contest, Evans landed himself a one-year lease of a 2014 Lexus IS F Sport, $2,000, a trip to this year’s SEMA Show, 8,000 deviantART points and a one-year premium membership to deviantART.
