Nissan GT-R Nismo Leaks Before Tokyo Motor Show
Leaked photos shown here are being reported as the new Nissan GT-R Nismo, set to debut officially this week in Tokyo.
It also gets grippier Dunlop SP Sport Maxx GT tires and there will be an optional track package meant to further enhance handling with revisions aimed at lowering the car’s Nurburgring lap time. The package is composed of carbon fiber aerodynamic enhancements that also help shed roughly 143 lbs.
Expect official information from Nissan, soon to be reported during AutoGuide’s live coverage from the show floor.
Editor’s note: AutoGuide received an email from Nissan saying the numbers rumored here aren’t accurate. A spokesman declined to provide correct numbers, citing the official release tomorrow.

I will sell my nutsack to get this beast!!!I want to smoke all you guy.
Hideous. And I love the GTR! For some reason, I would think after several years, NISMO coulda done more than add 50hp and add a weak looking ground effect package w a full perimeter stripe...I've seen tons and tons of aftermarket pieces that are clean, tasteful, astute performance enhancing additions. This thing looks like a model toy... NISMO, you blew it. dp PS. Good job losing 140 lbs. of the fat tho!
