It is looking more likely that the BMW M4 convertible will make its international debut at this year’s New York Auto Show.

AutoGuide‘s spy photographers recently caught new photos of the M4 convertible sporting very little camouflage, which means it’s ready to be seen in public. Don’t expect many surprises with the M4 convertible as it’ll sport the same powerplant as the M4 coupe, a turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six engine with 425 hp and 406 lb-ft of torque.

Though it will weigh slightly more being a convertible, don’t expect performance to suffer and will likely still do the 0-60 mph sprint in 4.1 seconds with a manual transmission.
