Jaguar C-X17 Mule Spied Testing

Jaguar is testing for its upcoming SUV model by using a mule borrowed from Land Rover.

The C-X17 concept was shown off at this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show and the British automaker is now out testing a mule at the Nurburgring. It is simply a wider and longer Range Rover Evoque body, with Jaguar internals underneath.

The new Jaguar C-X17 will be separated in the marketplace from the models that Land Rover offers. Jaguar will stick to road-going, luxury SUVs and crossovers while Land Rover will continue to focus on its off-road capabilities.
