Volkswagen has recalled over 26,000 vehicles for a possible fire hazard.

The recall comes shortly after the German automaker asked its dealerships to stop selling certain models which include the 2014 Jetta, Beetle, Beetle Convertible and Passat. All affected vehicles are equipped with a 1.8-liter turbocharged engine with a torque converter automatic transmission. According to Volkswagen, faulty O-ring seals can leak transmission fluid, potentially sparking a fire.
