2015 Ford F-150 Ordering Guide Reveals Five Trim Levels
With pricing on the 2015 Ford F-150 now announced, it was only a matter of time before the ordering guide appeared.
The new pickup will be available in five models: XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch and Platinum. According to the ordering guide, the STX, FX2, Limited and SVT Raptor models will no longer be available though there is an FX4 Off-Road Package available on the 4×4 model. Both the King Ranch and Platinum models will be available in base and luxury variants.

Standard equipment on the 2015 Ford F-150 includes a 3.5-liter V6 engine with Flex-Fuel Capability while a 2.7-liter EcoBoost with start/stop system will be available as an option along with a 3.5-liter V6 EcoBoost powerplant. There will also be a 5.0-liter V8 with Flex-Fuel Capability as a range-topping engine offering. The American automaker revealed that the standard 3.5-liter V6 will have 283 hp and 255 lb-ft of torque while the 2.7-liter V6 EcoBoost will sport 325 hp and 375 lb-ft of torque. The other two powerplants’ specifications will be announced at a later date.
Some of the other packages being offered with the 2015 F-150 include the XL Chrome Appearance Package, XL Sport Appearance Package, XL Power Equipment Group, and an SFE Package that will come at a later date.

2.7 V6? There is no 2.7 V6. Also, last years 3.5 ecoboost was rated at 365 horsepower, how can it be 283 horesepower. You have your details wrong.
You would be a fucking idiot to pay that for a half ton truck when you can get a super duty twice the truck for nearly the same price.
