Now that the LA Auto Show is over, it’s time to start talking about Detroit.
Infiniti executive design director Alfonso Albaisa revealed to Motor Trend that the company’s Q60 Coupe will be coming to the 2015 Detroit Auto Show. “On January 13, you’re going to see a concept car that’s very, very, very, very close to the next Q60,” said Albaisa.
The Q60 is essentially a two-door version of the Q50 sedan which hit the market this year. For 2014, Infiniti continued selling the old G37 Coupe next to the updated Q50 Sedan to fill the gap left by the lack of an updated two-door model.

When the Q60 is revealed, expect it to share much of its styling with the Q50. The car will also likely adopt the same powertrain options, which include a a 3.7-liter V6 producing 328 hp and 269 lb-ft of torque and a 3.5L V6 hybrid that makes a combined 360 hp.
