Mercedes-Benz is getting ready to introduce its stunning luxury convertible model.
The new S-Class convertible was recently spied cold weather testing in Sweden with little camouflage concealing the body. In fact, the entire front end for the upcoming model has been exposed while the German automaker is still concealing what’s in the rear, including the design for the taillights.
As expected, the convertible variant is much like the S-Class coupe except that it sports a soft top that reportedly retracts in seven seconds, even while the vehicle is in motion. Expect powertrains to be shared with the existing coupe model and the 2017 Mercedes-Benz S-Class convertible to make its debut later this year at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
