Pricing for the 2016 Nissan Versa sedan will remain unchanged at $12,815 including destination.

Pricing for the Nissan Versa SL sedan has been reduced by $500 to $17,915 while the Versa SV sedan will start from $16,335. The Nissan Versa sedan received an extensive makeover for the 2015 model year that included new front and rear fascias, a range of interior refinements and new packaging content. For the 2016 model year, the Japanese automaker has updated the compact model with body-color power outside mirrors as standard, standard rear speakers for Versa S model, a leather-wrapped steering wheel for the SL grade and two new exterior colors Cayenne Red and Gun Metallic.

The 2016 Nissan Versa sedan is powered by a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine with 109 hp and 107 lb-ft of torque. When paired with the Xtronic transmission, the Versa sedan returns 31 mpg in the city and 40 mpg on the highway for a 35-mpg combined rating. The five-speed manual transmission is rated at 27-mpg city and 36-mpg highway while the four-speed automatic is good for 26 mpg in the city and 35 mpg on the highway.

The four-speed automatic model starts from $14,315 while the 1.6 S Plus Xtronic has a starting price tag of $14,815.
