Mercedes is About to Reveal the Most Aerodynamic Car Ever

Mercedes-Benz is teasing a Concept IAA that will be debuting at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show.

The German automaker is claiming that the concept is an aerodynamics world champion, sporting a drag coefficient of 0.19. Called the Concept Intelligence Aerodynamic Automobile, or IAA for short, it’ll feature a four-door coupe body that could preview the next-generation CLS-Class as well as the design direction Mercedes intends to head towards for the future.

The silhouette of the teaser image Mercedes released on its Instagram page might remind you of an Audi A7, with a sloping rear to a pointed trunk. Joining the Concept IAA at Mercedes-Benz’s display at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show will be the public debut of the Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe.
