Lamborghini is said to be unveiling a rear-wheel-drive version of its Huracan, a supercar currently only available with all-wheel-drive.
Set to debut on November 17 before the L.A. Auto Show officially begins, Lamborghini is also planning a quick launch of the RWD Huracan for the first quarter of 2016.

The RWD variant will be lighter and will likely be marketed as a more hardcore model with a bigger focus on performance, so it will probably be more expensive. The Gallardo’s RWD variant was a less expensive version, but this isn’t a likely route for the Huracan.
Expect a limited production run for the RWD Huracan and for a rear-drive Huracan Spyder to debut sometime next year as well.
