Hyundai is Testing a Long Wheelbase Genesis G90

Hyundai is already testing a long-wheelbase version of its new G90, going for the very top of the luxury market.

The G90 will be the first vehicle to come from Hyundai’s new Genesis luxury sub-brand, and to properly compete with cars like the Mercedes S-Class, it will offer a long-wheelbase setup for those who prefer to be driven.

Our new spy photos show off the longer version of the car, which sports a noticeably wider b-pillar and what appears to be a longer rear door.

For power, the big G90 will almost certainly use the standard car’s most powerful choice, a 5.0-liter V8 with 419 horsepower. It’s also possible that it will offer a twin-turbo 3.3-liter V6 with 364 hp.
