Aerosmith’s Stephen Tyler is auctioning off his Hennessey Venom GT Spyder.

Tyler purchased the first Hennessey Venom GT Spyder in 2012, which is the car that went on to take the title for world’s fastest convertible by going 266 mph when Hennessey gave it a new dose of power last year. Although Tyler’s Hennessey Venom GT Spyder isn’t the 1,451-horsepower model that set the record, it’s still a powerful and fast machine boasting 1,200 hp and 1,155 pound-feet of torque from a Chevrolet-sourced V8 engine.

When it was first acquired by Tyler, the Venom GT Spyder cost $1.1 million and the rockstar is putting it up for bid starting at that price. Although Tyler never got to take it to some insane speed of over 200 mph, he did say that he has driven it to about 140 mph.

All the proceeds from the auction will go on to benefit Tyler’s charity, Janie’s Fund, which helps support abused and neglected girls.
