Infiniti has announced what’s changed on the 2017 model year Q50.
The 2017 Infiniti Q50 is making an appearance at the 2016 Paris Motor Show, sporting new exterior and interior design features as well as the adoption of new in-car technologies. Three new metallic colors have been added to the lineup: Midnight Black, Pure White and Dynamic Sunstone Red, which is replacing Venetian Red. The 2017 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport 400 model also gets red brake calipers, giving it a more race-inspired appearance.
On the inside, buyers can specify a new Designer Pack that includes new Graphite or Java Brown colors for the quilted semi-aniline leather cabin upholstery, a new open-pore dark wood veneer, dark chrome trim and a black roof lining.
There is also a new Bose Performance Series sound system, featuring 16 speakers and all-new electronic architecture with high-performance components. For European markets, the Japanese automaker has equipped the Q50 with a new Telematic Control Unit that allows the owner to control elements of their car remotely through Infiniti’s InTouch Services smartphone app.
The 2017 Infiniti Q50 goes on sale in select markets later this year. Expect pricing information to be announced closer to its release date.
