French automaker Alpine has previewed its new A110 sports car.

Now under Renault and Nissan ownership, Alpine previewed its new sports car last year with the Alpine Vision Concept. The production model is finally ready to debut at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show and the company stuck to what made the concept so appealing. Unfortunately, we will have to wait until next week for details on the coupe, but it is expected to be powered by a turbocharged four-cylinder engine with around 250 to 300 horsepower.

For now, there’s little chance Alpine will be heading to North America, but the Renault-Nissan Alliance opens the possibilities of bringing the Alpine A110 to the U.S. wearing a Nissan badge.

Check back with AutoGuide.com next week for live coverage of the 2017 Geneva Motor Show. We’ll try our best to persuade Alpine that the A110 sports car has a place in the North American market.
