2018 Range Rover SVAutobiography Delivers New Levels of Luxury and Comfort

The latest project from Jaguar Land Rover‘s Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) division has been unveiled.

Unveiled on the eve of the 2017 L.A. Auto Show, the 2018 Range Rover SVAutobiography is the new halo model for the Land Rover brand. With a starting price of $208,895 including destination, the 2018 Range Rover SVAutobiography is available exclusively in long-wheelbase specification and will be go on sale in the U.S. starting early 2018.

Compared to the 2017 model, the updated SVAutobiography now has 557 horsepower from a 5.0-liter supercharged V8 engine, paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission. The result is a zero-to-60 mph time of 5.2 seconds. The luxury SUV combines advanced new convenience features, including power rear doors that close at the touch of a button, and a rear seat refrigerated compartment.

Central to the appeal of the luxurious new model are the Executive Class Rear Seats, which offer rear legroom of over 3.9 feet (1.2 meters). Land Rover has also used deep seat foams with new comfort interlayers to deliver enhanced passenger comfort. The seats have powered 40-degree recline capability, a hot stone massage function, heated calf and foot rests, and 22-way adjustment, delivering a luxury seating experience very few vehicles can offer.

Rear passengers also get to enjoy a pair of 10-inch integrated rear entertainment screens and 4G WiFi connectivity.
