The Dodge Demon is not a car that needed more power – so naturally, the mad folks over at Hennessey Performance Engineering decided to give it more power. A lot more power.

Hennessey has developed a frankly insane 1,200 hp upgrade package for Dodge’s limited-run road-legal dragster, building one of the most powerful Challengers of all time in the process.

The centerpiece of the HPE1200 Demon is a hulking 4.5-liter supercharger from Whipple. Joining the supercharger is a full exhaust system, rebuilt internals, an upgraded fuel delivery system and many more upgrades.

The Texas-based tuning shop recently put together a video showcasing the insane build, which we’ve embedded above. If you want an HPE1200 Demon, you can reach out to Hennessey through their website – although they are apparently only applying their tuning expertise to 50 Demons in total, so you may want to act fast.

Now we’re just left wondering what kind of quarter-mile times such a wild build could put down. Hint hint, Hennessey.
