The world’s elite will soon have the opportunity to purchase an Ayrton Senna driven, Monaco Grand Prix-winning McLaren Formula 1 car.

Three new watches will be available in October that celebrate Ayrton Senna’s first win at the Monaco Grand Prix 30 years ago in 1987.

A 1993  Honda NSX that was once in the possession of Ayrton Senna, three-time Formula 1 champion, is for sale on eBay.

Honda is remembering legendary race car driver Ayrton Senna with a little bit of clever technology.

Ayrton Senna is one of the most recognized names in the F1 world, and it was 18 years ago today, on May 1, 1994,  that he passed away after a crash at the San Marino Grand Prix. To celebrate the man, German customizing company Cam Shaft has released a special one-off Senna styled V8 Lotus Espirit. 

Adoration for Ayrton Senna was rekindled after Asif Kapadia’s film “ Senna” came out in 2010, creating a new following among younger racing enthusiasts and inspiring a fresh group of Formula 1 fans.

Ayrton Senna is an F1 racing legend, and anything with his name attached to it sells for a pretty penny thanks to his legacy.

Weeks ago, we mentioned Ayrton Senna’s original 1991 Championship season racing suit and racing helmet were placed for auction at the Race Retro Sale of the Silverstone Auction held in the UK.

Four-time Formula 1 champion Alain Prost is officially becoming the brand ambassador for French automaker Renault, the company announced today.

Thanks to Asif Kapadia’s successful documentary that revived Ayrton Senna awareness, and even mania, there’s a growing market for Senna related racing memorabilia. Up for auction at the Race Retro Sale of the Silverstone Auction in the UK are Ayrton Senna’s original 1991 Championship season Shoei full face helmet and racing suit.

Congrats goes out to Senna – the film has been nominated for three British Academy Film Awards.

To the race fans and cinema buffs that missed Senna‘s limited release this summer, Christmas came early.

Officially available as a digital download, the award-winning documentary of the most celebrated modern Formula 1 Driver can now be watched on Netflix Instant Streaming and on iTunes.

Unfortunately, Ayrton Senna fans that would like to have a copy on their shelf will have to wait. While the European region 2 release of the Senna DVD and BluRay have been available on amazon.com for months, the North America Region-1 NTSC DVD won’t be available until March 6, 2012 while no official release date has been announced for BluRay yet.
