BMW has recalled a total of 1.4 million vehicles in North America in two separate recall campaigns. 

BMW has a small recall for an oil leak issue in certain 7 Series models that affects 97 units in the U.S.

BMW is recalling around 154K cars and SUVs in North America for a wiring issue. 

BMW is calling back two of its performance models, the 2015 M5 and M6, over an issue with the driveshaft. 

Nissan and BMW are recalling over 165,000 vehicles combined.

BMW has announced to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) that it will conduct a voluntary recall on various 2012-2014 BMW vehicles for a possible brake issue.

BMW has announced that it is recalling 134,000 5 Series models due to malfunctions in the taillights. 

BMW is recalling 42,000 3 Series vehicles from the 2002-2003 model years for an airbag issue that has impacted other major automakers such as Toyota, Honda, and Nissan.

BMW is issuing a recall for its 128i, 135i, 328i, 335i, and Z4 models for a possible issue with the connector for the positive battery cable connector and the corresponding terminal on the fuse box.

BMW is recalling 360 of its low-volume electric 1 Series ActiveE compact cars because of a problem with the drivetrain assembly. 

BMW is issuing a recall for certain model year 2009 through 2012 X5 xDrive 35d diesel vehicles, over concerns that the power steering may unexpectedly lose power. 

Following a stoppage of delivery on 2013 M5, M6 and M6 Convertible vehicles, BMW has now issued an official recall for all three, over oil pump issues.

A machining error in 2012-2013 BMW X6 and X5 diesel vehicles is causing a power steering fluid leak, which has spurred NHTSA to commence a recall.

BMW has announced a recall of 24,340 vehicles in the U.S. that are equipped with diesel engines.

2,846  BMW vehicles are being recalled for a possible fire risk. Affected models include 2011 5-Series, 5-Series Gran Turismo, 2012 6-Series Convertible, 7-Series, X5, and X6.
