If you’ve been saving your nickels and dimes in hopes of snapping up a Bugatti Galibier once the high-dollar four-door became available we have some bad news. It sounds like the car has been canceled.

Bugatti, maker of the former world’s fastest production car, is teasing a new model today with a picture and small caption on Facebook. 

Despite reports that Bugatti is working hard on its Galibier model, the flagship sedan has been delayed though Bentley and Bugatti boss Wolfgang Schreiber has confirmed a concept is still on the drawing board.

It’s been quite a while since we last heard anything newsworthy on the upcoming Bugatti Galibier model, but the French exotic automaker wants the world to know it’ll be well worth the wait.

It almost seems like the Bugatti Galibier is going to become a mythical machine, but the French supercar maker wanted to remind everyone that the sedan is coming, and that it’s continuing to work hard in perfecting the production model.

Somebody ought to call Scooby Doo and the Gang because there’s something fishy going on at Bugatti.

Boy oh boy. We’ve seen some pretty bad project cars in our time, some of which can’t be unseen. This, however, might be the most atrocious yet. The victimized vehicle comes from Bosnia, where its owner decided to transform the Mercedes sedan with some Bugatti styling. Unfortunately it just didn’t work out very well and the result is, well… horrendous.
