After the first production Chevrolet Corvette Stingray coupe sold for $1.05 million at a Barrett-Jackson auction earlier this year, expectations were high as the first convertible variant crossed the block at the Palm Beach Barrett-Jackson auction.

Ever since the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray was unveiled at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show, Vette enthusiasts worldwide knew that its convertible variant wouldn’t be far behind.

Chevrolet has released two images previewing the all-new Corvette Stingray Convertible, confirming that the great American sports car will make its official debut at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.
