Set to compete in next season’s newly formed United SportsCar Racing Series, the Corvette Racing C7.R livery have been revealed. 

Keeping with its storied tradition of auctioning off notable vehicles in its history, GM has sold off the first-ever 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray at the Barrett-Jackson auction in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The first-ever Chevrolet Corvette Stingray will be auctioned off at the Barrett-Jackson auction on January 19 with its proceeds heading to charity.

Late in October, Chevrolet confirmed that the 2014 Corvette would be powered by a 6.2-liter, LT1 V8 engine with 450 hp and 450 lb-ft of torque, possibly making the new base model C7 nearly as fast as the outgoing Z06.
