Ford is lopping $4,000 off the entry price of the Fusion Energi, a plug-in hybrid version of the Fusion sedan that will now sell for $34,525, including destination but not including government incentives. 

Ford and Coca-Cola are teaming up to show off the latest in recycling technology by implementing Coke’s ‘PlantBottle’ recycling process to produce interior materials for a Ford Fusion Energi. 

By spring, Ford will have more than 900 dealers certified to sell its plug-in vehicles, or about a third of the American automaker’s dealers.

Ford is going all out with its electrification strategy, and two of the newest vehicles to feature the latest hybrid technology are the Ford C-Max and Ford Fusion.
